These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HelperCraft.ai website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

HelperCraft.ai provides AI-powered automation infrastructure for medical and dental practices, including but not limited to:

• Automated email drafting and patient communication management
• Autonomous appointment scheduling and calendar integration
• Custom knowledge base development for practice-specific protocols
• Patient inquiry triage and routing systems

Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements executed between HelperCraft.ai and each client practice.

2. Eligibility

Our services are designed for licensed medical and dental practices operating in the United States. By engaging our services, you represent that you are authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your practice and that your practice holds all required licenses and permits.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the service relationship
• Review and approve AI-generated drafts before they are sent to patients, where applicable
• Maintain appropriate security measures on your own systems and accounts
• Notify us promptly of any security incidents or unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable healthcare regulations, including HIPAA

4. Intellectual Property

All technology, systems, workflows, and methodologies developed by HelperCraft.ai remain our intellectual property. Custom knowledge bases and practice-specific configurations built using your data remain your property and will be returned or deleted upon termination of services.

5. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of information is governed by our Privacy Policy. When processing patient data, we adhere to our HIPAA Compliance Policy and the terms of any executed Business Associate Agreement.

6. Google API Services Integration

Our services may integrate with Google API Services, including the Gmail API and Google Calendar API, to provide email automation and appointment scheduling features. By connecting your Google account to HelperCraft.ai, you authorize us to access the Google user data described in our Privacy Policy for the sole purpose of delivering the services described in these Terms.

Your Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing and improving the user-facing features of our service, and we do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements.

You may revoke HelperCraft.ai's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account permissions settings. Revoking access may limit or disable features of our service that depend on Google API integration.

7. Disclaimers

• HelperCraft.ai provides automation tools to assist your practice. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations.
• AI-generated communications are drafts intended for human review. Your practice retains full responsibility for all communications sent to patients.
• While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelperCraft.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with thirty (30) days written notice. Upon termination, we will securely delete or return all practice and patient data in accordance with our data retention policies and any applicable legal requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which HelperCraft.ai is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email at least thirty (30) days before taking effect.
